Physical Education.
Healthy mind and body are important and vital factors in producing smart and diligent human being. These steps below are also applicable to school students to keep them energetic, healthy and active in school time.
Step 1. Do not whine about “heavy school bags” that you have to carry to school every day.
Process of fat burning happens as high as 30% to an individual who carries a school bag pack which is 20% of his body weight. This fact has been proved by the American College of Sports Medicine after the studies that had been done. The long and forceful strides of walking to, around and from the school area surely will help students to lose the extra weight and baggage that they have in their body.
Step 2. The importance of sleep to students.
Normal human being need at least eight long hours of sleep to maintain and rejuvenate the energy that they have used in their everyday life. For school students, this is ultimately important because they have to divide and manage time effectively for their studies. Sleep also could minimize the amount of body fat in the abdominal area of a person. This is because, sleep helps human to increase the ability to burn the extra carbohydrates which are not fully utilized by human body. To make sure students can get good and comfortable sleep time, three hours gap should be put between whatever heavy activities they want to do and sleep time because heavy activities stimulate adrenaline and cause interference to the process of sleeping.
Step 3.Join sports club in school.
Studying alone in your room in the evening is not enough. Human mind will feel the tiredness in reading and doing all of those home works and assignments that they got from school. Spare some time and get your mind and body activities which can pump blood and adrenaline throughout the whole body to sustain and maintain the amount of energy that needs to be used daily. It is not wrong to say that students who excel in sport activities also excel better in their studies. Rumors that is told to teenagers and students nowadays where drinking milk will make them fat is a hoax. In fact, research that was done by McMaster University shows that 600ml of skimmed milk helps human to lose weight far better than drinking sports drink alone. So, it is up to parents, teachers and students themselves to choose how they want students life to be, either dull or active.
Step 4.Manage and plan eating structure.
In order for students to stay away from diseases caused by fat such as obesity and heart attack, they have to know that eating is also important. One has to eat five small meals every day which the first three meals should contain protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats that boiled egg, wholegrain toast and grilled cheese have. For the last two meals of the days, parents should prepare meals that contain lots of protein in them like cuisines that contain fishes.
Step 5. Get a relieve from the long day stress at school and studying by jogging in the evening.
Get partners to be on your side while running on the park in the evening. Do not walk fast. Instead, run slowly because, fat burning process only happen at the fullest and optimum level when your heart rate reach 134BPM (beats per minute). It is also best to be advised that one that wants to maintain his ideal weight and one that wants to lose weight to jog in the evening 30 minutes a session, 3 times a week because according to research that was done, each minutes that an individual takes to jog, 0.7g of fat in body is burned. Slowly, this will help students to get their ideal weight. For those who want to view their progress better, they can get the heart beat monitor which can show the amount of heartbeat when they jog.

I Wonder by Jeannie Kirby: A Poem Analysis
And why the wind is never seen
And told the trees to take a rest?
Where can the missing bit be found?
And makes the lightning flash about?
And hangs the fluffy clouds so high?
That Dad won’t tell me if he knows?
